Neither of those hub adapters will not work on the E70 X5. They are for the E39 5-series. There are no hubs available that will do that adaption for the E70 X5.

How do I know? I bought the H&R adapters from ECS Tuning and had to return them. Had multiple email exchange with ECS Tuning on this issue.

I have previously posted that the only way that you can use these 72.x mm wheels on the E70 X5 is by having them bored out. Which I did do. Those are X6 wheels on my car right now (that had to be bored out).
