I'm sure I've posted info on this in the past.

Basically, the hub adapter may work but I found out the difficult way (by removing the wheel) that the bolts are not the right thickness or profile. The X5 E70 needs 14mm thick bolts. The bolts that came in the TRAK+ package are about 2mm thinner than that. Also the head part of the bolt had too high a profile -- it needs to be a lower profile head.

ECS Tuning was not able to resolve this for me in Mar 2012. So unless there are new bolts included in the H&R TRAK+ package, it will still only work for the 5-series.
