I have the same exact problem. I don't have access to an OBD scanner so I purchased one online today so I can pull the codes. It should arrive on the 29 Aug and I'll post the codes then. Hope to get this resolved ASAP. My voltages are the same as yours and I'm not sure how old the battery is since I purchased the X5 in November of last year. More to follow.
