Thanks for the advice, I would go new but then we're talking $4k+ which is doable, however a bit hard to swallow.

I'm not 100% sure no, however in 5th the X kinda chugs at lower speeds. The vehicle kind of hesitates and then lurches forward slightly. Nothing violent but definitely noticeable. Downshifting to 4th was taking care of this, and the vehicle would just run at a slightly higher RPM, however its now beginning to show signs of the same issues.

I'll have to get it on a lift and see if there is anything we can determine at my local shop. Thanks

BTW...When you replaced your tranny did you get a used one or brand new?
