Well, first things first. Check all of your audio setting (including volume on the phone). Next, just the input volume for the Aux. It should be adjustable by hitting the audio/settings/etc button (sorry, don't have nav, but whatever butting you use to adjust the bass/trebble/etc). I could be wrong, but if it recognizes the aux, you should have it wired up correctly...
