Try pulling all the fuses and relays to the system so it can re initialize. Mine did the same thing after replacing the bag. What you can also do is jack up the front end so there isn't too much stress. Not to the point the wheels are off the ground, but to the point you are taking some load off. From there, try setting the system in the lower position first. The pump should kick on and fill the bag. Then raise it to standard, then all the way up. After it did that, bring it back to normal. Give that a shot.
