Here's a thread on the subject. I suppose it depends on experience but I've used the high temp grease every time I've done my brakes and so far...so good. I spread a thin layer across the back of the pad while being careful not to get any on the front of the pad...or the rotor. It eliminates the low speed grumble due to vibration.
