All the controls? Or just the blower controls, please don't make us drag all the details out.
You say the control panel lights up but the controls don't respond, like don't change the display at all? Or don't effect whats happening in the car, but the display looks like it does?

I am on the computer now, and can see that you edited your first post to add at least the year (in response to twinturbogtr) but didn't answer any of his other questions.

And you say not ebay, but wouldn't say what the blower resistor is.
