Yup, dealers can get very careless about things like this. It wouldn't be difficult to spot the pattern and make off with a car pretty easily. My local BMW store has an E90 M3 stolen by some fast talking by someone posing as an employee of another dealership picking up a dealer trade. Think also about how easy it could be to steal a car from a valet service.

Those two Bentleys are either going in a container out of the country or put into hiding until a VIN switch can be accomplished.
