I used to use my Plantronics Discovery 975 quite a bit. It is an excellent BT headset. It has a short boom so the mic pics up your voice well while not being large or intrusive. It comes with a cool case that has an internal Li-Ion battery to charge your headset without having to plug in to a wall. But...

Since I have a good BT system in my new car, I don't use the Plantronics anymore. If I had to use a BT headset, I would definitely go back to my Plantronics.
