Hi,
This error message will appear if you try to install Navtweak before installing
GTK+/WIN32 Runtime Environment
When installing the above, you will be given an option to install DLL's, just tick the box & the missing DLL problem will be resolved.
Please note I am a Windows user so I'm not sure if it will work for Apple.
