Yea, start with the pass rear, then driver rear, then pass front, then driver front. Basically start away... Err you know this already lol.
Anyways, yeah do it with all four. I don't see how air can enter the abs this way. If you keep the tank full and make sure the brake pedal is basically to the floor before you crack the bleeder, you should be fine.
I've done this, errr....??? 6 times over the years with the X. It was when I was by myself, and this worked it a pinch. It does take longer, but gets the job done.
