def will have no warning lights.. I did this on my e53 x5 4.8is.. had no warning lights. I also know friends that have done this to their 335cis, x5 4.4i, range rover SC and no warning lights, your fine.
Now can somebody please do this to an x5m so i know if it sounds good or not lol
