This is great news as i just ordered new 2013 F30 last week, and would appreciate 1 month of the pull ahead. Just to be clear, this is purely by BMWFS, has nothing to do with a dealer?

Do you know what conditions may be a reason not to be eligible? For example, the 2010 335xi which will be coming off the lease had a minor accident (cosmetic), but nevertheless has a carfax records and none of the dealers wanted to deal with it - buy out and sell (thus I would have to make all remaining payments on my current lease)... Seems like in this new offer dealers are not involved...
