22-23 90% city wife driven here.

When we do 400mi all freeway trips the speed is really key. Driven at 80mph I can average around 24-25mpg.

One time I decided to drive exactly the speed limit - roughly 70mph and I averaged 29mpg door to door. This just goes to show you the aero effects of that last 10mph - it isn't linear
