1. I've posted a lot on the practical issues of how to get BMW to lemon. Search my user name and "lemon".

2. Everyone should write "No permission to operate car off dealer property" on the work order when they ask you to sign it. If they whine tell them tough crap. I also put notes on the dash that add "No wash, No Detail".

3. If you are too busy to read 'all those words' on the work order, then you will be miserable with your future. People with short attention spans and an expectation that they will be catered to will likely be simply ignored.

Stop whinging and take some personal responsibility. Or take the position that you shouldnt have to and BMW ought to...see how that works for you. It is not right nor fair, but it is what it is.

PS I see you are now posting on multipe forums about this, and bashing BMW for making 'overly complex cars'.... and still no time to read all those words on your work order?.
