I ended up taking the cover off of the air pump housing and jumped two wires. That caused for the pump to kick off right away and then I removed the wire after about 30 seconds and the pump kept going on its own.

I took one end of a piece of wire I had laying around and connected it to the red/white wire and the other end to the red/yellow wire. The pump kick off immediately.
