New Bulbs Causing Electrical Issues?

I recently purchased new xenons to replace the original bulbs in my car since one had failed. Here is what I purchased:

Pelican Parts - Product Information: 63-21-7-160-806-M97

I had random battery drain prior to replacing the bulbs and would have to jump start my car maybe twice a year. But the battery drain has been constant ever since replacing the bulbs. It has gotten to the point that I have to jump start the car every morning. Could the bulbs be causing the issue? My electronics have also been going haywire. I get the flashing green LED at the headlight switch, one headlight has gone out and then come back on at the next start, the self level test at start works sometimes but not all the time.

Other things worth noting - the FSR has been replaced recently. I have disconnected and removed my sub and amp. I have taken the car to my dealer who said the electrical system and battery checked out fine.
