Nope. Differentials are consistant with ratios. 3.0's being front and rear 4.10. 4.4's have 3.64 front and rear. I think the 3.0d's have 3.7x, and 4.6is have 3.91 ratio front and rear. 4.8is has the 3.64 ratio on the front and rear if I remember right. All E53.
