I don't get how this is still happening. They opened the Holland Tunnel today. I plan on packing up my F150 with gas cans. I think I can load up 40 gal worth. I hear there is ZERO fuuukin lines in NJ, all you can buy. I really don't understand this shit. They need to do the ration thing in NY like they did in NJ, at least that will keep the damn hoarders out.

They can get fuel into damn Afganistan on helicopters, and we can't get shit here. I understand there are a couple of million people in each city, but seriously. This is some shit.

ConEd is working hard. I hear they are bringing in people from other states to help out. The problem is that a lot of places are inaccessible. Yea I know they are trying to fix up the city, but seriously, there are schools closed down because they are shelters. People are freezing.

This teaches us all a lesson. I am going to be ready for the next one. First, getting a standby genset, Natural Gas connected. Second, going to make sure I have at least 30 gal worth of tanks in my shop. I might even buy those 30 gal barrels and fill it up before the next storm.

This is just too much BS. I got $40 worth of gas yesterday. Yea that did a lot.
