first, you've proven to this dealer/SA that you dont know what you are oing and that you are fine with being bent over and abused...

"cannot give you a pass on the safety inspection" so you pay THOUSANDS for tires??!?!?!??! OMFG

You are definitely being lied to. Time to take control of your situation and NOT believe a word the SA is TELLING you. Only believe what is in writing! Hard for people to wrap their heads around it, but the work order and repair orders are the WHOLE record- the verbal lies you can forget about.

The dealer will simply say "well, they had problem A, we tested it and found B, C, D bad and replaced them...and unfortunately problem A remained, so we still get to charge you"
