I followed the link to the article and also to one of the studies that the article references.

From the Bond study (bold formatting for emphasis is mine):

We find that, by providing a constant source of susceptible individuals for disease transmission, high birth rates constitute a greater barrier to improving public health and economic development than any existing model has suggested. With the combined effect on per capita income, lowering the birth rate in developing countries to levels comparable to those in the western world, could potentially be sufficient to eradicate some infectious diseases.
Here's the how the Infowar article twists that statement for its own purpose and dupes the unsuspecting (lazy) reader:

The study concludes that the best way to eradicate poverty and disease is to, well… eradicate humans.
Just because a link to a study is supplied doesn't mean the author's statement is supported by the linked study. Unless you believe that controlling birth rates equates to killing people you've been duped.
