Good luck getting any reply back from the SA. I took my X5 back after some pre-maintenance-expiring-work and the SA said I needed a new headlight knob due to pealing. He said they didn't have one, but he ordered one. This was a year ago. Do you think I ever got my headlight knob, even after multiple emails? Nope.
