Your problem is probably a fried nav computer and DSP amp. Since the two are near one another and you have water in the DSP, you likely have water in the nav computer. The nav computer is the device that runs the screen, so that explains the black screen.
Start by replacing the nav computer. After you get the screen back, check the radio and DSP functions. If radio works but no sound and no "DSP" option on the menu, then replace the DSP amp.
