Do previous gen X5 (E53) wheels fit on the X6? What about 18" X5 wheels? Would probably be looking for OEM Bmw wheels. Fill me in if you can, thanks!

No, cannot use E53. No, cannot use X5 wheels (E70) as your rear wheel bore is different.
If you want OEM, you have to stick to X6, X6M, or X5M wheels.
Some non-OEM wheels actually work for X5 and X6 but I avoid those.
