Still can't figure out this bluetooth situation. I just came back from the dealership and my service adviser could not get the phone to pair either. He gave me a service report on the vehicle and I noticed that one of the line:
TCU ESN/TCU IMEI:14602576256 INACTIVE.

Don't know if has anything to do with the bluebooth? I know for fact my vehicle is came with bluetooth because on the history sheet it states that
the vehicle has: BMW Assist w/Bluetooth System.
