Update. It worked. I choose KMB for the vin readout. Then my file completes without error. I edited the gm3 and was able to upload it back.

My windows now roll back up. Yay. Yay. Woooohoooo.

I guess I now have to edit the lcm for the lights stuff.

Thank you all. Especially Josh for the email support. Had he not told me my file was for the whole car, I wouldn't have figured it out.
