My X5 has the pull out cargo floor on the rails. Today I went to pull it and it didnt unlock.. So anyone know how to get this thing out or unlocked.
I have a service appointment on dec 113th for my SES light but if they have to get to the battery they are screwed.

I tried yanking on the handle
I tried kicking and pulling from the front.

this is funny but yet bad.
