Bav, I don't know if you've completely made up your mind to sell, but if you're going from a 2002 non-sp to a 2003 sp, not much is going to change other than the SP itself. With 2004 you'd get quite a few major changes, or you could spend the money you save by not changing your vehicle, on mods to make it more the way you want. My .02.
