Yes, Central banks are 'privately owned', if one considers all governments to be 'private'.

First, I was referencing the video that I posted. I think JCL has mistaken the term "federal" banks. I've yet to go back and watch the vid again...but, from my recollection...it was Central banks that were discussed as being privately owned.

Let me be clear....the Central bank in the USA is PRIVATE. The Federal Reserve is PRIVATELY OWNED...it's not a govt entity.

I'm not sure why you're referencing governments and Central banks together...as if they're a part of govt.?! I don't know what you're saying MD?
