I see that your first source, The Lawful Path, has an interesting range of articles on their website. Various militia articles, why driver's licenses are not legal, how the Russians brainwash us, and so on.

Your second source, Ellen Brown, is on a campaign to eliminate fractional reserve banking, when she isn't writing about non-traditional medicine, including herbal cancer cures. Maybe we are going full circle here, given where this thread started.

I don't know if it is worth getting into the split government/private nature of the US Federal Reserve. You seem to be focusing on the banks that belong to the reserve, and not the Federal Reserve System, including the governance of that system. Hard to call something private, IMO, when the decision-makers are appointed by government and the profits flow to government. But how about we consider your claim that all central banks are private, and just start off with the Central Bank of Canada, which is owned by the Government of Canada? I think that pretty much qualifies as non-private.
