The reference in that first sentence was in reference to what was in the interview with Aaron Russo.

I'm quite tired of your lack of comprehension and taking my words out of context in an attempt to belittle me.

Be a man and admit you were wrong.
We are talking here about what you call the Federal Reserve (your central bank), what we in Canada call the Bank of Canada, or the central bank (our equivalent), and the similar institutions throughout the world.

I simply asked why your link claimed that all the central banks in the G8 were privately owned. I declined to debate you on the US Federal Reserve, though to call it private is a stretch IMO. I point simply to the Bank of Canada (Canada being part of the G8) for a central bank that is not privately owned, but rather owned by the Government of Canada. So, instead of twisting around the words central and federal, and dodging the question, accept that the statement that they are all privately owned is demonstrably false, without even having to debate the nuances of the private/public institution that is the US Federal Reserve System. Want to talk about the other six countries in the G8? Yes, it was your link that stated that all the central banks are privately owned. But when I asked the question why, you went off on a tangent.

Yes, I am happy in Vancouver, thank you. Yes, we have people like Alex Jones here as well. Thankfully, we also have what you would call socialist health care, so the good news is that they can get access to treatment if they so wish.

I am not belittling you. You are simply demonstrating a lack of reading comprehension. When you say you are in finance, what exactly does that mean? Banking? Investments? Accounting? Economics?
