There are several threads on this, but Search Tab/linking is problematic
currently. I would not worry nor go to the extreme of using a back up

hey how many of you guys replaced the battery without dealer codings?
Im thinking of using a portable jump starter to hook up in the front to keep voltage going in the system to save memories while unhooking the old battery (original) and replacing with aftermarket. And would I be able to code new battery with SSS?
