I figured I'd post my terrible experience with this company (BMW MK4 NAVIGATION DVD DISC HIGH PROFESSIONAL IDRIVE ROAD MAP 2011 UPDATE)
I saw after I ordered my upgrade disks from them, a post from another member here about his bad experience so I knew I was in for a treat.
I ordered the V32 upgrade kit with the 2013 NA discs back on November 18th. I accidentally leaned on my Nav disc in my trunk while upgrading to V32 and snapped it in two and Burning copies are so tricky, I figured I'd just buy them.
Well, I emailed him before I ordered and was told it would be no more than 15 days at the most to receive. After the 15th day I emailed him to see if he could track it and was told no it couldn't, but it would be there within the next few days.
5 more days passed and no disks. I emailed him again and was blown off again. I finally received my disks Saturday the 15th (27 days from shipping) and they don't work. I emailed him saying they finally came and do not work and he became real nasty with me saying I was BullSH**ting him.
The V32 disk did not work either. It says Wrong Disc inserted and the Nav disc displays no roads, just a blank blue sky and my arrow Icon (I have the right one inserted for my region too)
I'll let Paypal sort it out, but I thought everyone should know how this guy does business.
