It is possible to have level sensors at all four wheels, even if you have only rear air suspension, (my car does). If you have the self leveling headlights, you will have sensors on the front control arms as well. I have no clue as to whether a bad front sensor can screw up the air suspension on one of these...maybe just the headlights. My car does NOT have adaptive headlights; just the self leveling lights (they don't turn with the car, they just go up and down).

The components can be very costly here, so it's really best to get a proper diagnosis before replacing anything.
