3. you didnt inspect the wheel at all, despite claiming you inspect all wheels on your website.
his reply was, "we can inspect everything."
so unproffesional.

Of course- this is all spin, hype and lies. The larger question is why do people fall for it?
I'd say your #1 is more accurately stated:
We inspected the wheel and didnt catch any defects, but since we are giving you such a cheap price you accept the risk of getting a defective wheel.
I've bought lots of used autoparts- and the issue is ALWAYS "if this is defective, i've invested labor in finding out...AND will need to hassle about return shipping and a refund".
Finally, you are calling a used wheel seller- probably a tilt up warehouse with no heat and a grungy office- "unprofessional". Uh, duh.
