Happy holidays everyone.. just got my 01 4.4i back from the stereo shop and noticed a few things and wanted to ask the experts here:

1. The right rear trunk light on the hatch is missing. There are a couple of dangling wires and I am not sure how to source the whole fixture. This is two lights that shine from above when you lift the rear glass hatch.

2. I had an Alpine overheard DVD player installed (PKG-RSE2) and it has a nice set of LED lights built-in but I can only turn it on manually. It does not turn on when I open the door and set the switch on the Alpine overhead DVD player to activate upon opening the door. I can't remember if the rear dome lights actually turned on when I opened the door. The installer claims there is a missing wire?

3. My fuel gauge does not work. I will try a fuel cleaner agent and switching to Shell gas. If all else fails I will have the fuel senders checked but wasn't sure if there any other suggestions.

4. What should the instrument gauge panel look like? I thought I was able to determine how many miles I had left and other useful information on my dashboard but it seems to have disappeared. I still get the "Lights On" and other messages but otherwise the area below the odometer remains blank after I start the car. Can someone post a pic of a "healthy" or "working" gauge cluster?
