MKIV - doesn't take a new disk

Gents,
have a built in navi. I think it has the latest v.32 OS on MKIV.
After some years, the DVD finally gave up and died. I burned the 2012 east cost iso i have, but it won't take it with "Incorrect DVD in navigational unit" type of message.

so i looked inside the 2009 iso and 2012 - they have drastically different folder structures.

2009:
Code:
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 758 Aug 8 2007 abstract
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 38 Aug 8 2007 bibliogr
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 750592 Aug 8 2007 carinet
-r-xr-xr-x 1 root root 601 Aug 8 2007 copyrigh
dr-xr-xr-x 1 root root 2048 Aug 8 2007 db
dr-xr-xr-x 1 root root 2048 Aug 8 2007 tpd
2012:
Code:
-r--r--r-- 1 4294967295 4294967295 545 Jun 28 2011 cdrom.toc
dr-xr-xr-x 2 4294967295 4294967295 88 Jun 29 2011 config
dr-xr-xr-x 2 4294967295 4294967295 1528 Jun 29 2011 db
dr-xr-xr-x 9 4294967295 4294967295 428 Jun 29 2011 dbal
-r--r--r-- 1 4294967295 4294967295 1448 Feb 17 2010 files.cfg
-r--r--r-- 1 4294967295 4294967295 2 Apr 21 2011 INFO_MAP.TXT
dr-xr-xr-x 3 4294967295 4294967295 84 Jun 29 2011 telemat
dr-xr-xr-x 3 4294967295 4294967295 148 Jun 29 2011 tpd
Question:
do i have a wrong iso for 2012 or i'm just been a silly rabbit?
and if i have a wrong 2012, how should it look like "inside" ?

Thank you
