I swore GM off a longtime ago; I stay away from rental cars that are GM’s. It wouldn’t matter if GM had the best quality available, I would still stay away. That is the problem with the GM, Ford and Chrysler; they have screwed too many people over the years. If they really wanted to fix their problems, fire ALL of the management and start from scratch. That will never happen, as they have to fire themselves, unless they have a great golden parachute, they won’t do it.
