I guess I assumed that the coding I've done to eliminate check control on the fog light circuit of the LCM eliminated the need for eliminators so to speak

I suppose the Resistor packs will even out the draw from the digital HID ballast on the fog circuit of the LCM.

THOSE ARE NOT RESISTORS. Those are CAPACITORS. If you wire resistors in-line with your HID ballasts, you could pop something.
