I have a 2009 BMW X5. I am hoping to use the GPS to navigate to addresses on my phone contacts directly. The phone is connected to the car via Bluetooth.

I am wondering if it is possible to download addresses from your phone contacts to the car and use these addresses as navigation destinations.
