No Bluetooth streaming for music that I'm aware of, nor BMW apps.
Although I do have the iPhone app which is pretty cool, I can google a location and send to the car.
I think the iPhone integration is neat, but like pointed out, the USB/hard drive option is nice plus I've got my old 3G phone hooked up and it just stays in the console, so it works fine.
