Any red/blue/green light in the front of the vehicle is LEO on public roads. I believe this is a Federal code, so it does not depend on the state. Hook it up to a switch on the interior and turn it on when you're parked if you really want it.


Also keep in mind, nothing is illegal until you're caught. I saw a black E38 740i this Saturday with red Angel Eyes. Looked devious.
