I am not sure you need the new drain and fill bolts. You can easily re-use yours. But you might want to use new washers. When I got the service kit, it came with the fluid, new bolts and washers. I am almost sure ECS tunning had a package deal for all this for our Xdrive.

Yes, you have the metal pan, the plastic pan with the filter is for the 5 speed cars.
