The only ones I dont recognize are the PWM ones, but those are for each light (every light has its own line)
anyone know what that last one is? Enable US SBR?

PWM - Pulse Width Modulation, way of controlling the intensity of the lights
ANSTEUERUNG - controlling... what it means, i have no idea,
your file does not have highbeams and the xenons... i wonder if that line is hidden under other names - is there anything in your file with BIX?
also, I wonder, what happens when the values in the FL PWM changed from 01 to 02...
Are you willing to look further in your file? getting a new LCM could be costly and also requires programming of the mileage into the new module, to avoid the tamper dot... might not be worth it...
