I have had good experiences with Circle BMW in Eatontown, NJ. I went to them for my Dinan tune and found them to be good enough to travel from NYC for. I deal with Bryan Raiken. I really appreciate that I get honest answers from him. On two occasions, he has told me "I do not know, let me look into it." (and followed through.) The other thing, he writes the work order exactly as I describe it and then reviews it with me.
