I searched the archives, but couldn't find any detailed inforamtion about what exactly is required to fix this issue. Does the dealer actually replace the levers with new ones or do they do some adjustment?

Can someone comment on what parts the dealer ordered to fix this issue? A picture of the work order would do just fine.
