I'm having the same issue where it is mildly warm at best in the position of 10 & 2 o'clock. For some reason I thought it was much warmer in previous years. I have a new Jeep Overland and that thing heats up so fast and extremely hot that I have to turn it off. Not sure if I'm noticing the difference because of the Jeep or maybe the wheel is getting old and losing it's strength. I wonder what would happen if I replaced the wheel if that would make a difference? My X5 is an 07 and only driven from September to May. I did replace a battery a year or so ago.
