I almost lit it on fire is what I did after the coolant light come on this morning after just spending $1500 on it last week to get repaired for another problem! After having it towed to the closest BMW dealership (why I took it there is beyond me
) and them quoting me $4500 to rip it apart and re do the entire motor I had it towed again (yes almost $600 in towing today) to my mechanic and they fixed the heater hose that runs from the back of the motor to the firewall for $250.
This X5 is an absolute money pit! Again, if I had a match today there would have been one less 4.6is on the road....serenity now
