I havent had a chance to do anything else with it yet, but there is obviously water getting in. it was below freezing here on Monday night and when i went out yesterday morning, an icicle had formed underneath this location in the rear. About midday I was leaving a parking lot and noticed a wet spot on the pavement from where I was parked coming from the same area. So I need to figure out how water is getting in there asap.
